JADE PEIRANO

DPLG architect and heritage architect graduated from the center for advanced studies of history and conservation of ancient monuments, trained to intervene in the areas of restoration, rehabilitation of old buildings and in urban contexts of a historical nature.

 

Detailed observation, carried out to be able to carry out the survey of a building or a public space, requires a need for understanding, knowledge and skills regarding the heritage concepts posed in the context of my work and the monitoring of construction sites. .

 

Carries out procedures with the services of the Ministry of Culture and Communication such as the UDAP, the regional conservation of historic monuments, the Heritage media library as well as with regional organizations such as the Inter Regional Center for the Conservation and Restoration of Heritage. In 2007, I joined the premises of a conventional architecture agency, within an already existing multidisciplinary workshop, located at 90, avenue Claude Farrère in Toulon.

 

My theoretical and historical knowledge was adequate and added to the technical particularities of this Var workshop, accustomed to project management.

 

Realistic and responsive to the requirements and expectations of each stakeholder (the Municipality, the SDAP, the Project Owner, the Company or the Craftsman).

 

Heritage Architect, qualified specialist in architectural and urban heritage, graduated from the Chaillot School which provides high-level teaching covering all the issues raised by the history, maintenance, restoration, reuse of old buildings, urban requalification of public spaces
